Nathan has built a reputation based on his exceptional ability to understand his clients' needs and to offer key insights that help them capitalize on market opportunities. His extensive industry knowledge is based on eleven years in the real estate business focusing on corporate tenant representation as well as investment property acquisitions and dispositions throughout the nation. With a track record of over 6.5 million square feet of completed lease transactions in his career, Nathan has a proven record of meeting his clients' needs, exceeding their expectations and building strong relationships locally and nationally.
Nathan opened the Portland office of Apex Real Estate Partners in 2004. In 2000, he acquired and spent four years with Pacific Real Estate Management Group, Inc. working with private equity clients, local and national corporations, as well as Fortune 1000 Companies. Prior to that, he spent two years with Cushman & Wakefield of Oregon, Inc. as a Senior Marketing Consultant specializing in office leasing; telecommunications, hi-tech and start-up companies.
