With such clients as sonic branding and music licensing companies, to one of the largest technology based non-profits in the country, Rennie specializes in structuring short and long term real estate strategies for technology and media companies whose real estate needs vary from a more traditional lease plan.
Originally hired to serve as the director of research for Portland’s ever changing Pearl District and Brewery Blocks, Rennie has compiled knowledge and data for the Portland market that has been a tremendous asset for his work as a broker. Rennie provides consulting and transactional services on behalf of local and national corporate clients including office and warehouse leasing and strategic occupancy planning.
